\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend schedule requirement
\n• Holiday requirements apply
\n• Patient ratio of 2:1 in 26-bed Medical ICU unit
\n• Must be willing to care for COVID-19 patients
\n• ICU experience required
\n• Float to other Medical-Surgical Units as needed with priority focus on Intensive Care Units
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS; TNCC preferred
\n• Work with equipment including ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, balloon pumps, ventriculostomy drains, glucometers
\n• Use iMobile phones and technology throughout the hospital
\n• PPE includes masks, face shields, goggles, PAPRs and hoods for COVID-19 patients
\n• Documentation using Meditech with EBCD (Evidence Based Clinical Documentation)
\n• Perform procedures including intubations, cardioversions, ventriculostomy drain placement and management, IABP management, CRRT, and patient proning
\n• Advanced skills needed: ventilator management, critical care drip knowledge, thorough assessment skills, proficiency with cardiac, neuro, and respiratory systems
\n• Patient experience requirements include hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, completion of My Care Board during hand-off
\n• Dress code: Ceil blue scrubs with optional white or ceil blue scrub jacket; green surgery scrubs provided when working with COVID patients
\n• Self-scheduling available within certain guidelines
