WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: OSP underground construction/maintenance experience: 2-4 years Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience Knowledge: Understand outside plant construction standards. Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, communication, adaptability, consistency Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to dig in all types of soil.
