This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer in the United States .

This role offers the chance to design intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user experiences across a multi-brand ecosystem. You will own the creation of responsive, accessible interfaces that simplify complex customer journeys and enhance usability. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams, you will translate insights into polished designs that drive conversion, retention, and satisfaction. You will contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products. This position suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, balancing craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications across multiple brands.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences.
  • Evolve and maintain a multi-brand design system, contributing new reusable components quarterly.
  • Translate research findings and behavioral data into intuitive, effective screens and workflows.
  • Produce thorough design documentation, including specs, states, and interaction details.
  • Support usability testing and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Advocate for design quality and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
  • Strong attention to visual detail, interaction quality, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience thinking in systems, not just individual screens.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers).
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards and polish.
  • Comfortable making evidence-based decisions using research and product analytics.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
