Creating, developing, and optimizing 2D and 3D visual effects (particles, animations, shaders)
Integrating VFX into our own game engine and ensuring their high performance on mobile platforms
Solving technical problems and finding innovative solutions
Managing and developing the creative direction of VFX
Maintaining high quality and a consistent project style
Building a VFX team as the project develops
Cooperating with game designers, artists, and developers to create vibrant and engaging gaming process
At least 3 years of experience in creating visual effects for games, preferably casual or mid-core
Deep understanding of match-3 games and their visual specifics
Ability to work with particle systems, 2D animation tools, and shader creation
Knowledge of the basics of animation, composition, color theory, and timing
Bonus skills:
Experience leading a team or motivation to grow in that role
Coding or VFX scripting skills
Experience optimizing effects for mobile platforms
Proficiency in Spine, After Effects, or similar tools
Experience working with non-standard engines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and willingness to cooperate
