Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $60000 - $70000

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity
• Compile and analyze reports related to inventory, dead stock, and commodity quality
• Conduct regular physical checks of commodities and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate space management and storage planning before commodity arrivals

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED; minimum three years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Proven leadership skills with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with SAP is essential
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Logistics principles
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
