The instructor is responsible for performing yoga poses in precise alignment, using correct terminology, and safely guiding students through the practice flow. Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN, with 4 locations: Nashville (2), Murfreesboro, TN (1), and Bentonville, AR (1). Deliver excellent customer service, maintain organization, and manage risks daily to support Climb’s Vision. Maintain responsibility, accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude. Show passion for health and wellness, with knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Build strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships. Job Duties Lead and conduct yoga classes. Assess students visually to determine their practice level. Assist students in achieving precise alignment. Demonstrate yoga practices and techniques. Guide energy movement through the body. Encourage students with motivating words. Create engaging, intelligent sequencing to connect with students. Provide training recommendations for yoga improvement. Qualifications Yoga certification. Minimum 200 hours of experience. CPR/First Aid certification. Health and fitness education or experience is preferred.
