Join Our Team as an Assembly Line Associate!

As an Assembly Line Associate, you'll engage in a variety of tasks within a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced training team will help you master the use of essential hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns. This active role involves moving around and utilizing equipment to create high-quality windows and doors, ensuring every product meets our premium standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

• Days: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, which may involve drilling holes, measuring, and cutting parts.
• Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
• Participate in cross-training across various departments to add variety to your workday.

Are You a Good Fit?

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer experience.
