Position: Production Worker –
Location: Scarborough, ON

About the Role

We are hiring production workers to join our client’s assembly line team , specializing in assembling car armrests . This role does not involve mechanical work or machinery operation — it is strictly assembly line production . Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, repetitive environment with standing required for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and handle small car parts (armrests).
• Apply labels and rotate parts as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks within shift timelines.
• Stand for long periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly line experience is needed.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for full shifts.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Minimal lifting (up to 10 lbs).
• Must be punctual with reliable attendance.
• Steel-toed safety shoes and blue pants required.
• English required; Chinese language skills are an asset.

Compensation & Shifts

• Pay: $19.20/hour + shift premiums
• • Afternoon (Shift B): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM → $0.20/hr premium
  • Night (Shift C): 12:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 AM → $0.20/hr premium
  • (Shift length may vary between 6–7 hours depending on production demand)
