Position: Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Engage with your community while promoting a positive image of our company!
• Participate in morning huddles (or even lead one!), plan your day, and show appreciation for your team.
• Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!

Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
• An average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options

What We Expect From You

To join our team, we expect you to have:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure
• Other required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
