About the Engagement:
SMG is seeking a U.S.-based, FINRA-LICENSED INVESTMENT BANKER to support our $500K–$1M Angel Round (Reg D 506(c)) by making warm introductions to accredited HNW Angel Investors and/or entrepreneurial Family Offices .
This is a targeted capital introduction/referral mandate , not a full-scope investment banking engagement.
Given the prior unsolicited $500K SAFE term sheet, completed diligence, investor-ready materials, and minimal prep required, this is a streamlined, validated capital raise—ideal for professionals with strong HNW Angel Investor relationships and success-fee flexibility.
