RESPONSIBILITIES

General Management

• Aligns with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Provides performance feedback, rewards behavior, and handles performance improvement.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Manages budgets, forecasts staffing needs, and tracks department expenditures.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and supports administrative goals.
• Participates in meetings, training, and professional development.
• Ensures safety and staff awareness of safety procedures.

Financial Management

• Oversees financial resources and manages records, reports, and financial analysis for senior management.
• Ensures timely filing of required financial reports and audits.
• Oversees tax filings and collaborates with tax advisors for financial planning.
• Works with the CEO to develop strategic plans and monitors financial projects.
• Establishes and improves internal controls and evaluates technology needs.
• Manages rate setting, reimbursement studies, and cost-containment measures.
• Supervises finance staff and ensures the organization meets operational and financial goals.
• Provides oversight on construction projects and financial policies.

Customer Service

• Demonstrates courtesy and respect towards patients, visitors, staff, and peers.
• Holds staff accountable for customer service standards.

Reports to: CEO & Executive VP

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare financial services at a senior level.
• MBA, Graduate Degree in Finance, or CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
