Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting with the review of investigative assignments, ensuring adherence to specific client requirements.
• Helping to assign cases to field investigators based on geographic location, budgetary guidelines, and cost containment principles.
• Assisting in gathering information for in-house investigations to facilitate successful case completion.
• Writing the assignment providing the investigator with detailed instructions on how to complete the assignment.
• Maintaining documentation of feedback on field investigator performance, communication, and timeliness.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic data/video upload processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Case Managers and field investigators.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
