The Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Vice President of Talent, is responsible for supporting the recruitment function of EOC&TE by proactively identifying candidates and creating a pipeline of talent to improve quality of hire and time to fill. This position is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting efforts between Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Store Managers, other various Hiring Managers and the Human Resources Department.
