Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and effective designs for online training courses, marketing materials, and website
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our brand and messaging
• Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand standards
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Assist with other design projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for design and willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
