Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Resinous Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in flooring preparation and installation, but we are willing to train the right individual. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment while maintaining professionalism on a secure job site.
Responsibilities:
Remove existing epoxy flooring as needed.
Repair cracks and damaged concrete surfaces prior to installation.
Safely operate floor preparation machinery (grinders, vacuums, etc.).
Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings to specification.
Ensure quality and accuracy in all installations.
Safely lift and carry materials weighing 75 lbs. or more.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow company safety protocols and job site rules.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check (required for site access).
Prior experience in flooring installation, construction, or related field preferred.
Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Reliable transportation to and from job site.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
