Job Title: Event Coordinator

Salary Range: $900 - $1150 per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that create positive experiences for our clients and their audiences. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and other vendors to secure the best services and pricing.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, transportation, and accommodations for participants.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure all aspects run smoothly and professionally.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after the event.
• Evaluate the success of each event by gathering feedback and analyzing data to inform future planning.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning or management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
• Creativity and attention to detail to execute unique and memorable events.
• Proficient in using event planning software and social media platforms for promotion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to manage events on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
