About the Role:
Lead the execution of high-profile building envelope projects from conception through completion. You'll oversee façade, roofing, and waterproofing systems for new construction and renovation projects across NYC, ensuring technical excellence, budget adherence, and schedule compliance while managing multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle for building envelope systems (curtain walls, cladding, waterproofing)
• Serve as primary client liaison and lead project meetings with architects, contractors, and developers
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site inspections
• Implement quality control protocols for envelope performance and code compliance
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with technical design teams
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in building envelope project management
• Proven track record delivering $5M+ façade/roofing projects
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and enclosure standards
• Excellent client management and team leadership skills
• PMP or other project management certification preferred
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and scheduling software
