Job Functions:Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety proceduresDrive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparationAssist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reportingWork alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectationsUnderstand financial reporting which includes profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunitiesAddress customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience Experience:3+ years restaurant management experience3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements Skills and Demands:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailIntermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and ExcelFrequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or moreAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening Our Culture:Come see why Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores was recognized by Indeed as the winner of the Better Work Award in 2023.
