Now Hiring: High-Performing General Managers + Assistant Sales Managers + Operations Managers– San Antonio Expansion

We’re expanding in the  San Antonio market and actively seeking  high-potential leaders to join our team as  General Managers in select locations. These roles are best suited for driven, results-oriented individuals with a passion for fitness, a sharp business mindset, and a proven ability to lead top-performing teams.

About the Opportunity

As a General Manager, you will lead the full club operation — from sales performance and team development to operational standards and customer experience. This is not a desk job. We’re looking for hands-on leaders who can set the tone, coach talent, build culture, and drive the business forward.

We’re Looking For Leaders Who:

• Deliver  strong, consistent sales performance and understand how to move the needle daily
• Have a  track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
• Operate with a sense of urgency and a high level of personal accountability
• Can  train in different locations as we prepare for long-term assignments
• Are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where expectations are high, and results are rewarded
• Bring  professionalism to the floor — leading by example in communication, presence, and execution
• Leaders that want to bonus every month!

Ideal Background Includes:

• 2+ years of multi-team leadership or full-unit management (fitness, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred)
• Proven success in hitting  sales goals and operational KPIs
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and staffing plans
• High level of emotional intelligence and a strong ability to give and receive feedback
• Passion for fitness and healthy living (you don’t need to be a bodybuilder, but you should value the industry)
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
