What You'll Do:

Engage with Healthcare Professionals:

• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical professionals, clients, applicants/candidates, and vendor management systems (VMS).
• Build a pipeline of healthcare talent nationwide.

Streamline the Hiring Process:

• Respond promptly to online applicants, screen, and interview candidates.
• Present qualified professionals to healthcare facilities and manage documentation.

Foster Long-Term Relationships:

• Provide outstanding service to healthcare professionals, addressing their needs.
• Oversee staff placements at client facilities and create redeployment strategies.

Develop Winning Strategies:

• Create and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Review job orders and applications, ensuring a strong match between candidates and job requirements.
• Source talent using databases, internet resources, job fairs, networking, and employee referrals.

Guide and Manage the Hiring Journey:

• Interview candidates to understand their qualifications, work history, and skills.
• Inform applicants about position duties, compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.

Analyze and Report:

• Generate insights from employment data and create actionable reports.
• Advise management on recruiting programs and provide training on interviewing, appraisals, and performance documentation.
