As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for NPI here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Engineering Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will drive the successful implementation of new products into manufacturing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
You will report directly to our ISC Engineering Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of NPI projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient production.
