Overview

We are seeking a Montana Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Solace Spa team at Big Sky Resort. Whether it's after a full day on the slopes or to simply unwind in the mountains, our guests count on exceptional care-and that starts with you. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for wellness. You'll work alongside a team of professionals to create personalized experiences while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.


Responsibilities

Picture yourself as a Massage Therapist at Solace Spa and having the opportunity to:

• Provide a wide range of massage services including deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with attentiveness, professionalism, and care
• Use proper body mechanics to ensure sustainable and effective treatments
• Conduct guest consultations to determine needs, preferences, and health considerations
• Explain services and recommend treatments or products based on guest goals
• Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for all appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space
• Respond to guest questions about Solace Spa and Big Sky Resort offerings
• Support business goals through client retention, guest requests, and retail recommendations

Qualifications

• Montana Massage License required
• Self-motivated and reliable team player
• Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented
• Able to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift
