Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust food safety management systems, adhering to industry best practices.
• Oversee team member development and training to foster a culture of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety management within the food industry.
• URGENT. This position is available immediately. So we are likely only considering someone local as there wont be time for relocation.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP and SQF.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
