Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking Remote Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization
.

Job Title: Patient Care Representative - Call Center

Pay Range: $18/hr

Potential Schedules

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

• Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
• Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
• Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
• Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1-2 yrs Call Center experience required
• Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
• Strong communication & computer skill

Remote Work Requirements:

• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• No childcare or personal activities during work hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Treat your home workspace as your office.
