As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter and manage large volumes of data into our systems and databases. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the data, as well as identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in data entry is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic. This is a part-time entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain experience and develop their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage large volumes of data into our systems and databases
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Organize and maintain data in an organized manner
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Follow established data entry procedures and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Meet and exceed set productivity and quality goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Previous experience in data entry preferred, but not required
