Job Summary:
- Support daily operations of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems for Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network.
- Serve as primary liaison between warehouse operations and IT, aligning tactical needs with strategic business priorities.
- Execute test scripts using tools such as Jira and qTest.
- Review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications for system changes.
- Identify, report, and track system defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing of systems.
- Document test results and support continuous process improvements.
- Work directly with business process owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in system-level and end-to-end testing activities.
- Review testing progress and results with System Test Lead.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC methodology and GxP/Validation requirements.
- Collaborate across multiple functions to validate systems per regulatory and internal standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed.
