Responsibilities Leading business development efforts across assigned markets, identifying white space and new business opportunities. Developing a targeted growth plan including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies. Partnering closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to execute all prospecting strategies. Managing the full sales cycle or playing a supporting role as needed. Serving as a subject‑matter expert on all Press Ganey Employee Experience solutions and how they benefit current and future clients. Demonstrating solutions to prospects and highlighting competitive advantages. Leading and inspiring clients to envision solutions that meet their needs. Negotiating contracts for all Employee Experience opportunities in assigned markets. Staying informed on client pain points and how Press Ganey’s solutions uniquely address them. Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape. Leading RFP win strategy and proposal development, collaborating with Field Operations and other experts. Coordinating with internal experts, engineers, and sales resources to maximize selling success. Partnering with the EX business unit to identify growth opportunities with existing clients. Modeling strong adherence to sales processes, pricing tools, workforce strategy, and using Salesforce.com. Maintaining regular communication with the sales team to align on growth pursuits and reporting. Qualifications 10+ years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in the Workforce/Employee Experience space. Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus. Strong collaboration and team‑selling skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, demonstration, and presentation skills. Strong writing skills for presentations (PowerPoint) and RFPs. Solid knowledge of strategic planning, strategy execution, budgeting, and sales. Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience. Flexible to travel up to 50%. Location & Remote Work This role can be remote (work from home) in the U.S. or based in our Chicago, Boston, or South Bend hubs. For in‑office candidates, we follow a hybrid model—Tuesdays through Thursdays in‑office, with flexibility to work from home on other days and adjust when traveling.
