Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects from planning to completion for both residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure proper installation and design alignment.
• Estimate jobs accurately, providing detailed material and labor breakdowns.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to evaluate project scope, job progress, and potential challenges.
• Assess systems and determine requirements for gas lines, electrical runs, ductwork, and plumbing layouts.
• Take detailed notes and pictures on-site to document findings, show installation routes, and support field communication.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems when issues arise.
• Manage and mentor technicians , ensuring work meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, and office staff to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications .

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical (multi-trade experience preferred).
• Proven management or lead technician experience .
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics .
• Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of how residential and commercial systems work together.
• Ability to perform accurate assessments and communicate clearly through written notes, photos, and marked-up plans.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
