Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Content Writer to join our marketing team at V7 Labs. In this role, you’ll create compelling content that explains complex AI and automation technologies to business decision-makers.

You’ll work in a hybrid content creation environment, collaborating with our team to generate initial drafts using LLMs, then refining, editing, and enhancing that content with your expertise and creativity. The ideal candidate has experience writing about technical topics for non-technical audiences and can translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and valuable content across multiple formats.

What you’ll be doing: (Content Writer)

• Create high-quality blog posts, landing page content, case studies, and product messaging focused on AI document processing, workflow automation, and data labeling
• Work in a hybrid content creation process, using LLMs to generate initial drafts and then applying your expertise to edit, enhance, and refine the content
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to inform content strategy
• Interview subject matter experts and customers to gather insights and stories for content creation
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content assets
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
• Optimize content for both search engines and conversion
• Create messaging that clearly articulates our product’s value proposition and differentiators
• Help establish V7 Labs as a thought leader in AI document processing and data labeling

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience writing about technology, preferably in AI, machine learning, or enterprise software
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences
• Experience working with AI content generation tools and hybrid content creation workflows
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand new technologies
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Portfolio demonstrating clear, concise writing for business audiences
• Experience writing for different formats including blog posts, landing pages, and product messaging
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with AI document processing, workflow automation, or computer vision
• Background in financial services, healthcare, legal, or other industries we serve
• Understanding of the technical aspects of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
• Data-driven approach to content optimization
