Position : Converting Operator
Location : Granite Falls, NC
Shift : 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotating Schedule)

As a Converting Operator , you'll play a key role in producing top-tier products while working with cutting-edge equipment. From setting up and operating the converting line to assisting in extrusion lines and shipping, your contribution will be crucial to our success. Plus, you’ll enjoy the thrill of working in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere.

What You’ll Do :

• Set up and operate machines to produce high-quality products
• Ensure products meet strict quality and quantity standards while maintaining safety
• Efficiently remove and dispose of scrap material, contributing to environmental sustainability
• Perform regular quality checks and accurately input data
• Operate essential equipment, such as the band saw, and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with preventative maintenance and support other teams when needed
• Move finished products to storage, ensuring a smooth workflow

What You Need :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong safety mindset and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Precision in reading measurements (up to 1/32”)

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and bend frequently
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
