Job Description DPR Construction is seeking experienced Foremen to join our Self-Perform Division 7 team in Denver, CO. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. Traveling is required for this role. It will include: Mostly Colorado and Wyoming, and at times Texas. Per-diem will be paid when traveling outside of local Business Unit. (In this case, Denver, CO) The foreman will manage a craft team that will focus on commercial waterproofing and fireproofing scopes. This person will work closely with members of our project teams. It will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising a team/crew that could range from 2-10 Division 7 helpers and/or carpenters. This includes mentoring and training them.
- Detailed hands-on knowledge of project scope and ability to work with your tools. We are looking for *WORKING* Foremen.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Understanding building processes, systems and schedules.
- Being the key point of contact for the Division 7 scope. Which includes but is not limited to: Air Barriers, Sealants, Waterproofing, Firestop, Traffic Coatings, Moisture, etc.
- Embrace and cultivate DPR's safety culture. Will wear PPE responsibly.
- Ability to interact with owners/clients as needed.
- Delivery of daily reports, production tracking and documentation.
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage demanding Division 7 projects while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills. (Being bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to create and support team morale.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and with technology in general.
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Relevant education and certifications. (OSHA, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Anticipated starting pay range: $30.00- $35.00
